We are a busy restaurant located near a college campus selling classic Italian dishes to mostly young people. It's a vibrant fast-casual concept selling simple, easy to understand Italian dishes.

We are a second location/concept of an established college fast-casual Restaurant/Bar. Chick Haus will operate in a fast-serve environment serving a variety of Fresh Chicken Tenders, Fries, Coleslaw, and lots of fun dipping sauces. Our target audience is college age students and other young people in the area.

We are new concept restaurant that sells Fast serve Healthy bowls the same way that is seen with burrito bowls that are served in fast casual mexican eateries and Poke Bowls and Teriyaki Bowls are served in fast-casual poke restaurants. Except we serve bowls with Wild Rice, Home Fries, street noodles or Super Greens as a base, Add Steak, Chicken or Tofu and then add your choice of an eclectic range of fruit, veggie, sauce and seasoning options. The Concept is located very close to a college campus and will focus on providing a fast-paced and healthy option for the students and faculty as well as the deliverable area in the area.

We are large restaurant and bar located very close to a large university. We classify ourselves as a College Sports Bar and Night Club with a massive selection of gourmet pizza-by-the-slice, wings, salads, sandwiches and appetizers. Our facility has a large patio, full bars on two floors, 50 big screens, Dj mezzanine, dance floor, and a state of the art sound system.
