Our Ideas & Additional Information
morganstanley.com and goldmansachs.com contain workmarks/logos that exhibit the simplicity, elegance, and security that we are looking to portray. As well the CSG Advisors logo (client rank #1) in the Logo Tournament portfolio is also a nice logo. We would ideally like a logo that is suitable for our business partners (government agencies, non-profits, corporations) as well as our end users (home buyers)

Thanks for the creative logo design submissions (and for being the first!)

Of the 4 design submissions, we like #4 the best, as it is the simplest, cleanest and most elegant and modern of the group. Designs #1, #2, and #3 are very interesting and are nice designs but may be a bit too complicated and busy for what we're looking to achieve.

In addition, while we are interested in seeing examples of pictoral marks, our preference is for more abstract marks and wordmarks. There are many logos that have used home imagery to symbolize the brand, and I think if we would look to go in this direction, we'd look for something perhaps more stylized and abstract to differentiate ourselves.

We really like #5 for its modern, simple, unique and bold design. Very clever how the AHEP acronym is morphed into an abstract form. Nice conservative blue color scheme that slightly fades from a lighter blue to a darker blue from top to bottom. And the separation between the AHEP acronym and the company name makes the image really pop.

We like the latest submissions. The new logos in #6 and #12 are impactful and memorable and have all the attributes expressed in earlier comments. We'll post some more feedback later this afternoon after the team has had a chance to fully review everything submitted so far. Thanks for all the creativity!

Thanks again to everyone for the creative ideas. We had an idea for a logo that we mocked up that looks quite promising. The idea is to create 2 overlapping squares (just the frames, not filled), one larger square in the lower left, and another smaller square in the upper right where they overlap in the middle, and the middle overlap square is filled in red. The idea is to connote partnership and shared equity and to do it in a elegant, artistic, mondrian-esqe way. We'd love to see some of the designers try out this concept...

The designs we've received thus far have been outstanding. Thanks again for all the great work, everyone. We have one more design concept that we'd be interested in seeing someone try out. The basic idea is to have an image of a house which is broken up into squares (so for example the square portion of the house would be broken up in to 9 smaller squares). All the squares would be the same color (blue), except for one of the squares in the bottom right corner, which would be red. We're very interested to see what this might look like ...
