Thanks for the submission! This is a very nice, simple, and clean design. The symbolism is warm and positive. We've been leaning towards a sans serif font. It'd be interesting to see how that would look here.

Easily too recognize. the house is obvious in the icon, however, it could also reprent an arrow showin a positive variance in the equity of the home. The starburst is the background represents hope and a brighter day. Look forward to your feedback.

I like how you've given the icon a more modern look in the latest iterations. It really helps it stand out. I Like the sans serif font as well. I'd be interested in seeing what it looks like without italics.

The next 4 designs will show different examples of Sans Serif fonts.

Thanks for the variations. I like the fonts in #51 and #49. I still like house symbol in #30 the best. Could we put the house symbol from #30 together with the fonts in #51 and #49? As well, could we see a variation where the "American Home" is stacked on top of the "Equity Partners"?

New entries per your PM. I have shown the test in PMS 282. Not sure if you would like the text in a Blue or Black. This can easily been changed to meet your needs. thanks for the feedback.

#54 has a little softer stroke for the text. This could help with embroidery and other applications.

Thanks Kyle, for the new designs. I like #52 with the blue text, as you've shown it.

As well, thanks for creating #55 as per my earlier suggestion. That's exactly what we had in mind. Could we try #55 with some different font variations? I see how you've selected a more squarish font, which matches the symbol, but I'm wondering if we can soften it up a bit.

Option #57 is interesting as well. It's a little more modern and futuristic. I'll have the whole team take a look at your new designs as well and give you any feedback they have.

Not sure if I am understanding you correctly on the font choice. If this is not the direction, please let em know and I will continue to search for the perfect font style.

For #52, could we try the font that is used in #6 and #56? For #60, maybe try the font in #51 and #52, or perhaps even the font in #6 and #56 (although I'm not sure whether this will work). It may require some slight tweaking in the symbol, which I think would be fine. Just like you evolved your original symbol from a more 2D format (#31) to a more 3D format (#52), perhaps we could try that for the "mondrian cube" symbol as well?

Yes, this is getting very close. Is the font in #63 the same as #6 and #53? It looks like it may be slightly different. If we could match #6 and #53, that's be ideal. Could we also try the font in grey?

Sorry, I meant #56 in my prior post. Could we take the font from #56 (color, size and style) and combine it with your symbol?

#65 and #64 are the same exact design. I must have double clicked when entering. I will withdraw #64 so there is no confusing the entries.

Looking good. Could we go a little darker grey on the font and have the symbol a little larger relative to the text next to it? Also, as in #6, could we have the "AmericanHome" and "EquityPartners" read more as a single word?

On #67, could you make the smaller square in the upper right a little bit larger?

#75 looks really good. On #67 could we see a different font? Take a look at the font Morgan Stanley uses for their word mark ... perhaps something similar to that.

Thanks, the font looks good in #88. Could we also try changing the blue to something more like #6 or #56?

This is one of the disadvantages in this form of contest. I hope I got the colors correct. Either way, I am sure whom ever you choose will make sure that you are satisfied with the colors @ the completion of the contest. The main concern is the overall dynamics of the design. Hope this helps, if not, let me know & I will correct. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks Kyle for the new design concepts. They're both very appealing (#111 and #114). I'll run them by the others on the team to get feedback.

We did some focus group testing on the logos, and people responded very favorably to #75. However, a number of people said that while they liked it because it was positive and celebrated the home, it also came across as a bit religious, because of the "aura" around the house. While I actually like the aura effect (it goes very nicely with our website design), I'm wondering if you can think of some ways to tone this down, so as to lessen or eliminate the "halo" effect. In addition, one person suggested we also try closing the circle.

We'll let you be creative here ...

Please feel free to mark any of my entries that are not in your consideration as "Not Interested". This may help with the flow of the portfolio and aid in your decision process. Most of my entries, not all, are simple variations of the orginal idea. Just a suggestion.

Made the perimeter a complete circle as requested. Removed the gradient inside. Softened the starburst rays. Please let me know if these changes are going in the right direction. Thanks again for the feedback.

Thanks for the changes, this is helpful to see. I still like #75 the best. I guess we'll just have to decide whether or not the religious overtones will be problematic (I personally don't think so, but several others mentioned it).

Decreased the number of rays, as requested. I'm thnking of something in between the 2 designs. I will submit another design shortly.

Here is the design with the rays expanded. I will submit an entry with only the shield after this. This may help you communicate the changes more easily.
