Our Ideas & Additional Information
The title of the website "Kleine blaue Würfel" means "small blue cubes" and derives from the nickname of the chicken breed we feature (blue Orpinton bantams, whose body type is more cubic than those of other breeds). The breed is an old one and the style of the logo therefore should be vintage / romantic.

We prefer to have a chicken (rooster and/or hen) or a flock in the logo while it should also transport the "cubic" part of the meaning.

For further inspiration, this is the website (with a dummy logo): https://www.kleineblauewuerfel.de/

Edit: As two of you now have sent lovely entries showing our own animals, we want to go further in that direction. The perfect angular breast of our rooster, we would say, can count as cube ;)
If others of you can follow this way (picturing rooster and/or hen from the photographs), here are the keypoints:

It's characteristic for the "blue" color variation of this breed that the decorative plumage of the rooster (neck, saddle, tail) is dark, whereas breast and belly is in light grey.
If you add a hen, this should look smaller than the rooster. And we'd prefer, that you take the grey one (and her color) as model – breastline however not looking so round, more like that of the white hen.
We're very looking forward to your designs. TY

Edit: We are excited about the many beautiful designs you contributed. The depictions of the rooster are wonderful and catch the characteristics of the breed perfectly. Similar designs showing rooster and hen would be most appreciated. For those of you who want to give this idea a try we've just attached two more files which show a possible combination of rooster and (blue or black) hen. TY
