The twigs are a nice addition, but these resemble arrows. Maybe you can replace them with others.
The rooster looks very combative, but the chickens (also the roosters) we breed are very mild-mannered. Please have a look at the pictures I added to the brief to get an impression. We don't necessarily need a rooster in the logo, a hen will do too.
Please use vector image, not pixelized (in case this was intentional to keep a grid look). Anyhow at small size this won't be recognizable. TY
The idea of using a grid for combining rooster and cube is very creative. Maybe you can find a way to make it look less masculine. Also I'd prefer a more "open" design, not a stamp. TY
