Orient London is a re-branding of an existing Chinese restaurant in London, UK. The existing brand has been trading for many decades, and is now tired and drab. The restaurant has traditionally been well patronaged by an older crowd seeking traditional Dim Sum dishes. With new ownership at the helm, the restaurant is taking a new direction. The plan is to try to attract the same loyal customers during the lunch hours, providing them with familiar offerings. However, Orient London plans to offer an moderate upscale a la carte menu, serving predominantly seafood. The theme is a contemporary, simple understated opulence.
