Our Ideas & Additional Information
Art Deco inspired. Think- Tinsel Town! The Hollywood A LIST! 1930's Hollywood, but not the Hollywood sign.

I like the logo that I came up with but a smart friend noted: the "A" List font wasn't strong enough and it shouldn't diminish as it goes on... and I agree. My mom says it looks like a guitar... and I agree.
So it's time to call in the PROs!

Feel free to use my logo, rip it apart and put it back together.
OR, start fresh, go a totally different route AND blow our minds with something entirely ORIGINAL .

We're not so hot on hammers, nails and silhouettes of houses as it is a bit over done. So are the cartoony handyman guys...
BUT maybe an awesome, Art deco, Handyman Character is actually what we NEED...
And if you have a hot, out-of-the-box idea using a hammer or house, we'd love to see it. Realistically we should have something that indicates what we "do" other than just the word "Handyman" thou we don't want it competing with (the Hollywood "A List) theme. If it could somehow compliment without becoming too busy that would rock.

Then again, Starbucks has a mermaid and that has noting to do with coffee

Don't stack the "A" on top of the List.

we'd Like to see the "A" List next to each other. If it's possibly the word Handyman would be left of "A" List too. we tried that but couldn't pull if off; it was too long and skinny. I think a gifted designer could do it though

Ideally it would be two to three times as long as it is tall.
How will it look going across the side of a white van?

But Better. And if you have another color idea, cool.

Think old school HOLLYWOOD/Art deco meets Awesome clean Logo.

Ideas, not literal but use them if you want to: Search lights, Great Gatsby, Brangelina, Frank Loyd Wright

The rectangle on their sides are popping-out to me as I can picture them on the side of a van and across the back of a shirt

I was hoping to have the logo be a sideways rectangle but the up right ones are looking great!

We are really getting some beautiful work, still I love how hard #4 pops at you. A smart friend said, " what if you just made it your name on a marquee.?" I thought yeah, "with an Art Deco surrounded Marquee"

What we love About #27- they Listened to the comments. It's Hollywood, glamor entertainment

Our name POPS the hardest on #4!

We were thinking, what if it was just a straight up on a marquee like this

#43 is the only Logo the have "A" List Handyman read from left to right, straight across. only thing is the Handyman looks a little smushed; I wonder if there is any way of making that work?
