Admissions Journey College ConsultingLogo Design Contest

Entry #2 is similar w/the open book design and same colors as a colleague's college consulting logo.

Looking for "journey" conceptualized more like a road or path, rather than flying around the world. No yellow or black please (as noted in design brief). Would prefer to see more than 2 colors in the logo. No human figures.

As I've looked at college counseling colleagues websites, many use blue & green color combos for their logos (various shades of blue & green), so while I don't dislike those colors, I probably want to use other color combos for mine. Thank you!

The Judging phase has commenced. I increased the prize amount looking for revisions (additional color combinations, introduce new design elements to the designs, other font types/sizes). The top 3 things to communicate through the design: knowledgeable, dedicated, trustworthy.

The target market is parents of high school students looking for personalized, individualized guidance for their teens, in the college admissions & planning process. Middle/upper middle income ranges. But still would like the design to appeal to the teens, even though the parents are paying for the services.
