I'm a rock acoustic singer/songwriter. The logo I want to create is a representation of me who is fun, edgy, rock n roll, with a heart. My music speaks to all kinds of messages including hard truths, life lessons, self reflecting, honesty, accountability, with a positive message. The exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, and industrial feel are unlike anything available in Newton or the eastern suburbs of Des Moines. The amenities for the project are also the best in the market. The business center, resident lounge, coffee bar and big/dog washing stations are the best in the market. The outdoor fire pits, grills, dog park and pickleball courts make for great outdoor options.
