BRiZen is about opening the prefrontal cortex of the mind with a simple mindset shift. Its about personal transformation, recovery, self rehab, personal development and the awakened mind. I got tired of living in the victim mindset repeating the same patterns of my family. I wanted to step out of the negative life style that was holding me back and into the positive realm. As a mother who had been through many downs and hardships, I never gave up and I always managed to survive. I realized I needed to do more than just survive; I needed to be a better example for my children. I had no guidance, no coaching, no mentors, no one to help, I just knew in my heart, that I had much more on the inside and I needed to reveal it to the world. My self transformation has inspired me to help other do the same. As I overcame all my weaknesses, struggles and challenges, I grew stronger and I realized there are many people in the world suffering form the lack of confidence, security, courage, knowledge, belief and drive to make the changes. In order for change, you have to be the change you want to see, it starts on the inside. BRiZen was created to give people confidence, motivation, inspiration and empowerment, to awaken the mind and think from the core. Once you can train your mind HOW to think and not WHAT to think, you'll be surprised at how powerful you become. I came to my breaking point about 6 years ago, I was at rock bottom, had no self-worth and I was living with depression. On the verge of loosing all hope, I wasn't about to give up, so I stood up and rose above my challenges from within. It wasn't easy but I knew the only person responsible for my life and my destiny was me... The word BRiZen is unique and authentic, I put a lot of time into creating the word and its meaning. I use the upside-down triangle for transformation and transparency, growth and PERSONAL POWER. The capital (BR) is really a 1312 which stands for (wearing the armor of light to cast away the works of darkness). The lower case ( i ) is for imminent horizon (the dawning of every new day, is a new beginning.) The (Zen) is for (peace within, peace all around, the time at which you are most powerful and successful, the time at which you rise above the gravitational force that pulls you down.) BRiZen.... pronunciation (BeRizen) No one can change you but you. Many people don't believe in themselves, many people don't realize the power they have within. We are in a time when revolution is taking place and together we can make a great change if we believe in the power we have within. I believe personal transformation is the only way to rise above any trauma, bullying, hate, past mistakes, heart breaks, disappointments, inner struggles and challenges; and walk into the future more powerful then before. BRiZen is about Rising Above The Bullshit by Enlightening Your Heart, Elevating Your Soul and Motivating Your Mind. We don't stand for Violence, Bullying or Hate.
