The Nixon TeamLogo Design Contest

A local owned real estate team under the brokerage eXp Realty.

Target audience is anyone that wants to sell or buy a property

Thoughts are to have a white house as part of the logo but really open to ideas. Current logo with peak properties (soldbypeak.com) is a style I do like but will not be using the same logo with the new team.

My team will be under eXp and I will please need some rendering with the eXp logo included or for it to state "powered by eXp." eXp can be quite small on the other renderings

Info from the color page...In addition to have it be simple yet elegant. Not too many colors. It could also include something with the mountains along the Colorado front range as we are a local team here.

Any ideas for a slogan would be great as well. We have thought about making a spin off of Richard Nixon being my great uncle..Hence the white house but do not want politics involved.
