This is a beach house on Seabrook Island, SC. It is located right in between the beach and a golf course named Crooked Oaks which has palm trees and mossy live oak trees. The house is built on pylons 1 story up and has a panaramic view of a lagoon with lots of wildlife (deer, herons, pelicans, turtles, seagulls, etc.). It is a rental property so the target audience is families who would like to rent the house for a vacation to enjoy the ocean and golfing.
