What We Do
Small group training program, we train and coach people of any fitness level for a total body workout to increase energy, lose weight, tone up and look and feel better. Our training is designed to keep your heart rate in in the Zone 4 target zone at 80-90% of your maximum heart rate so you burn 500-1000 calories with the afterburn affect.
Color Preferences
Heart rate training zones are colorized.
Gray – zone 1
Blue – zone 2
Green – zone 3
Orange – zone 4 **** must have ORANGE in the logo
Red – zone 5
(Black is ok to use to. Maybe variations of orange, or orange and black? Open to suggestions)
