Color Preferences
I'm in no way tied to these colors - and open to suggestions - colors that complement each other. But I'm working with a dark brown and a light orange right now for the website (for you html'ers, the codes are #825D00 for the brown and #ffb700 for the orange)
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I'd like for the software name to be in the logo (WhyChig) . WhyChig is a play on an acronym. I want it to be somewhat fun, but take into account the audience. Middle aged construction men.

Entry #6 - Ok its getting closer. It's a little too rigid for me though. Can we try a few different colors, maybe soften the edges? A little cleaner, maybe higher definition.

Entry #1 and Entry #2 - I'm not feeling the TV idea, and lets leave out the sentence "Watch your Custom Home Grow". Maybe somewhat 3D letters for WhyChig? Neither one of these are interesting me at the moment. Sorry, just want to be up front and honest!

#5 - Ok, This is looking better. I like the "cloud" idea and the house, but I'm not in love with the font/text style. Can we change the style a bit?

Here is a general comment. The logo has to look fresh. Our competition's corporate identities are very 80's and 90's. This has to be brand new looking.

Just a brief comment to ALL designers - I'd like to leave out the "Watch your custom home grow" tag line. Its not our slogan. Please leave it out of all future designs.

#19 and #20 - Can we spice up the text a bit?

#16 and #17 - Yea, I think you captured what I was saying about the shiny text. Let's leave this concept alone for now and see where the contest takes us.

Just a general comment - we are really liking the top 4, but I'm still not getting that "this is it" feeling. If you want to try another concept or two, post it and we'll see where it goes. If you want some more information from me just let me know and I'll do my best in guidance. Thanks for all of the efforts!

#27 - I like it and I think it may be because of the color. Where did you come up with the graphic concept?

#29,, #30, #31 - I like the designs, but can we try some different colors, maybe a white background or even a rich blue and orange? I like #29 the most so maybe we should experiement with colors there first. THanks!

I'm definitely liking the communication themes that #32 and #45 have incorporated into their designs. I'd like to see #32 on a white background if that is possible. Thanks for all of the entries!!

Thanks for all of the entries guys, keep them coming. I ruled out a lot of the more recent entries but I appreciate all of the work.

I really like the ones I have left in the rankings but I'm open to more ideas. I like the communication of #1 and how the others incorporate a house. I'm just looking for that right entry that combines those two elements.

Please consider ranking the designs rather than eliminating the points we gather are valuable even if we do not win your contest.

East Coast - I'll be happy to do that. I didn't realize the points were valuable to the designers.

I just wanted to drop everyone a quick note thanking them for all of their entries and their work. I'm going to be selecting the winner on Saturday, 2 days from now. I'll do a re ranking and throw back in some of the designs that I had said "not interested" to to help with your points if you turn out not to be the winner.

Thanks again for everything.
