Hand Car Wash

Purchased a car wash that has been around since the 80s. Unlike car washes in the area that are all automatic, this is one of the last that is full service that does washes cars by hand instead of machine. This generally attracts consumers that have very nice cars, are older and who care about their vehicle. That said, I want the logo to retro 80s but edgy with a vibe. The car wash is located in sunny Florida and is in a town that is known for their mermaid shows (since 1949). To connect with the local community, I want to incorporate a mermaid, 80s retro, an 80s style car that is super clean (Ferrari Testarossa as an example) with Florida vibes. The colors that I am required to use are Behr Florida Citrus and Behr Hidden Sea Gems. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience with great hospitality and have a retro 80s hip vibe. The logo needs to be easily expandable, easily interchangeable to be in either color, separable between the image and the wording and it needs to look on a tshirt.

The only colors that can be used are Behr Florida Citrus (bright orange) and Behr Hidden Sea Gems (bright blue).

Since the town, Weeki Wachee, FL, where the car wash exist is known by tourist and locals for their mermaid shows since 1949, I would like to include a mermaid into the logo design. The car wash, Weeki Washee, has been around since the 80s, I would like the logo to have an 80s retro vibe with a flashy 80s car with the mermaid. A vision I have is with the mermaid vertical in the background with the car in the forefront with bubbles as if she is washing the car. The font for the title, Weeki Washee, and subtitle, Hand Car Wash" needs to have a consistent 80s theme.
