The Morning Zen reflections on both the windshield and driver window are now slightly wider, as requested.
The dark tone used throughout the design is #002A31.
Regarding the top of the car: the final artwork is created entirely in vector format, so it won’t appear blocky or pixelated at any size. The screenshot you’re referring to may be from a preview or rasterized version. Here’s what I see when zoomed in on my end: https://prnt.sc/jQUECFCyl6Yn
Hey Dina, thank you for the adjustments.
-What is the color that you are using for the dark tones?
-Could we remove the sparkles?
-On the top left of both the windshield and driver window, there is a slither of the Morning Zen - could that be slightly wider?
-Also, when you zoom in, the top of the car looks distorted (block-lines). Will that be visible for the final art file?
Like to wrap this up today. Appreciate all of the small adjustments!
Lastly, the reflection on the windshield, could you make it streaks or blocks so that is not a fade - it will be challenging to recreate the fade on the wall. Thank you!
Sparkles look great!
Could you remove the blue from the wheels and remove the hood emblem?
Also, make the spokes on the rims slimmer like you had in previous submissions.
Thank you!
After that, should be final 😅
I prefer what you have done with the windshield with the reflection vs seeing through the glass. However, instead of the fade could you make the reflection solid with blocks or streaks (however you think would look best). The fade would be challenging to paint on a wall.
Good morning,
I've created five versions based on your feedback. The car is exactly the same in all versions — I've just added the aqua details where the Ferrari badge, brake calipers, and hood emblem would usually appear. I also added some reflection on the windshield to make it feel more complete.
Each version plays with slightly different text and triangle accents (in white or orange) to explore contrast and balance. Let me know which one feels right to you — or if you'd like a custom mix of any elements. Can you check new entries, please?
Morning Dina.
Couple of things that were pointed out as well:
-Could the wheel spokes be more even?
-Could there be small amount of the aqua added to where a Ferrari emblem/yellow would typically be - On the hood, on the front fender and where the brake would be behind the rims.
-Also, how would it look if you couldn’t see through the windshield, and just have reflection off of the windshield?
Could be over analyzing but just want it perfect. It looks amazing! Thank you.
This looks great! I don’t know what else to add. Is there anything else that you think would be a good addition? It feels like there should be a little white at the top somewhere just to bring it all together, but I don’t know where.
I’ve prepared two updated versions based on your request — both include light highlights on the mermaid’s sunglasses, hair lines, top, and tail.
In the first version #123, the text has a darker outline for stronger contrast, while in the second version #124, I used a light outline to keep everything softer and more cohesive with the background.
Let me know which version you prefer — I’m happy to adjust anything further if needed. I’ll also send you both the light and dark logo versions for flexibility.
And thank you again! Yes, Croatia really is a stunning place — you’re always welcome to visit! ☀️
The U.S. has been on my travel wishlist for a long time too — hopefully I get to see it someday! 😊
Love this! Seems much more complete. Although, I would love a copy of the other version as well - if that is possible.
What is the color used in "HAND CAR WASH"? Could we use that color to highlight a couple elements on the mermaid - the sunglass frame, the lines in hair and on her top?
As requested, I created the version with a Behr Hidden Sea Gems background and all aqua elements converted to Behr Morning Zen (#122).
However, due to the lack of contrast, I’ve also included an alternative version (#121) which maintains stronger visual impact and readability when placed on the building’s wall.
This logo will be painted on the side of a building so I’m hoping to get a couple different versions of it as the building is painted the same as the Behr Hidden Sea Gems (aqua) that you are using. Would you be able to show the logo with the background of the Behr Hidden Sea Gems color then for everything that you currently have that is that color, use Behr Morning Zen?
Thank you so much for the incredible message – "Your design is a hit and will be winning the tournament." That truly means a lot! 😊
Apologies for the slight delay in providing these updates – I'm located in a different time zone, which caused a bit of a lag in responding. (Croatia, EU)
Per your most recent request, I’ve uploaded three variations of the logo to help you evaluate what works best:
Stroke Version – Black stroke around all the existing lettering (while retaining the original color fill) #120
Outline Version – All text in a black outline style, without any color fill #119
Shadow Version – Black shadow effect placed behind the lettering for a retro pop-style look #118
Additionally, the triangle element will be sent to you separately via email as a standalone asset, as requested.
Let me know if you’d like any other refinements — I’d be happy to finalize everything to perfection.
Thanks again for the opportunity and your kind words!
Also, I would like to receive the triangle outline in a separate file as well. I could use that to frame certain elements around the shop. Thank you.
Your design is a hit and will be winning the tournament.
Absolutely! In the final handover on LogoTournament, I will provide the full logo artwork as required.
As for the separate elements — the full mermaid illustration and the text portions ("Weeki Washee" and "Hand Car Wash Ceramic & Detail Parlor") — I’ll be happy to send those to you directly via email after the handover is complete.
For the final artwork, will be able to provide the full artwork file, a file of the full mermaid separated and a file of just the words"Weeki Washee" and "hand car wash ceramic & detail parlor"? Thanks
I’ve removed the bubbles in front of the sun and refined the car by adding accents to the wheels, windows, and front section — all while staying within the required two-color palette. (#105)
Adding further detail (such as shadows) would require introducing additional tones, which steps outside the brief. You can see an example of that in my design #82, where there’s more visual depth — but it no longer adheres strictly to the two-color guideline.
Let me know if you'd like to explore either direction further — happy to adjust!
Hey Dina, really like this design. Could you remove the bubbles from in front of the sun? Also, are there any additional details that could be added to the car? Looks slightly cartoonish - no worries if not. Thank you!
I’ve updated both versions to match your feedback. The bottom text now uses the same font as “HAND CAR WASH” and is scaled up for clarity.
Included are two versions: one with the modern Ferrari, and one with the classic model—both styled with matching color accents for consistency. Please check #100 and #101
Hello. Could the font for the bottom line actually be the same font as the “hand car wash”. Could you make the bottom 2 lines larger as well. Very curious how this looks with both the new and older model Ferraris. For the older model Ferrari example, could you color match the same as you did with the new model - the wheels/accents being that color blue. Thank you.
Hi!
Per your feedback, I’ve updated the design with a modern Ferrari, extended the mermaid’s tail, and added the tagline. I’ve provided:
– One version that follows the original two-color brief exactly (#83)
– One more detailed version with enhanced visual depth if you'd like something more expressive. (#82)
Let me know what else you'd like to explore
Hey Dina. Really like your style with the logo.
Couple of notes:
-Could you have the mermaid tail be a little longer so folks can easily tell that it is a mermaid.
-Underneath "HAND CAR WASH", could you add "Ceramic & Detail Parlor"- in the same font as 'Weeki Washee"?
-Could I see this same logo with a modern Ferrari?
-Also, with more slightly more detail overall
Thank you!
