The logo probably would feature an athletic, strong pixie. She should be wearing sneakers, knee-high socks, shorts and an athletic top of sorts. I found this "Fawn" character from a Disney show: Pixie Hollow. I've not seen the show and I am not looking to rip her off. But, I uploaded a couple pics. I like the face of image "fawn1" and I like the attitude portrayed by image "fawn2". I like image "pixie1" in terms of cuteness, but she does show the required strength and confidence I'm looking for.

The incorporation of dumbbells or kettlebells is possible (to help illustrate the strength component).

If wings are incorporated, they should not be wispy or delicate.

She could be seated, standing, or in whatever position the designer feels helps convey the feel I am looking for.
