Color Preferences
Looking for a white background. We are looking for white, black and red. But, if the design is great, are open to absolutely any colors. Just no rainbow effect.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our poorly designed current logo is our name in BROOKLYN KID font-type graffiti. We are fine sticking with a graffiti concept as well as incorporating a symbol (just ideas, not necessary). Although we are a Christian-based organization, we are not looking for any obvious or blatant graphic associations with religion or Christianity. Our performance aesthetic is extremely urban, grunge, graffiti; so we are looking for something that emulates that but is also modern/sleek and mature looking. Although social justice awareness is a key element in what we do, we are also not looking for a blatant expression of that. Unless the concept is incredible, any inclusion of "religious" or "social justice" imagery, although welcomed, should be subtle.
We are an extremely "out of the box", socially conscious hip-hop dance crew/theater group. Think MTV, Cirque Du Soleil and subway dance crews put together in a blender... that's us.
