Thanks Luckykid, I'm looking for something more natural in both color and style. Perhaps, a more three-dimensional and life-like monkey. The logo will ultimately be seen on our bottles of spice mixes and sold in grocery stores. I like the cursive font. I changed the color preference to unlimited, but want to keep the choices natural and suggestive of food.

Thanks nalapraja. A great start for the mascot. Can you make the nose and ears a little more pronounced? I would also like to see some examples of lettering and background with more natural coloring suggestive of food. Since the logo will be on a round shaker bottle, could you center the mascot above the lettering?

Thanks to all the designers for your submissions! Great work! We're starting to get a feel for what what we're looking for and have decided to extend the contest. In general, we prefer a caricature type mascot more than a cartoon one - a combination of a human and a monkey - but we are open to seeing monkey mascots of all varieties.
