We help people who are in distress sell their homes. Additionally we help people who are unable to purchase homes through traditional sources, find a buy a home. The investor group is made up of like minded people that put up money and resources to fund the purchase, repairs, marketing and all other aspects involved in the business.

Red, grey, black, white are my first choices

Second choices that I would entertain if they "make" the logo are:
blue, yellow, green

I do not want a clip art look to it. I want original art/design elements. I cannot stress this enough!!

I do not want to see multiple houses in the design.

The look needs to stay residential and not look like commercial real estate. I.E. no skyscraper looking houses or buildings in the design.

Please don't make the houses look like mountains. It should be extremely obvious to the casual viewer it is a house in the design.

I am looking for a logo that is equally at home on a business card as on a shirt and hat. Embroidery friendly design is important but not everything. Logo must have a color version and a B&W version!!

Do not use any gradients in design.

I like a more horizontal design for this business. I like the "patch" look but again it is not required.

I want to be sure to convey Real Estate in the design or a home. That likely will mean a house design of some sort.
