of all the submissions this monochromatic design is definitely my favorite. I like all three of them. Its really tough for me. I'd like to see a tweak to the triumph design. I think in the monochrome look it is the seperation between the u and the m that i don't like. my eyes just keep seeing "mph" for some reason.

strong bold and simple. i like this logo but it wasnt better than some of the others i have already. a very strong contender none the less!

nice logo, i liked how the border tied it all together. the house was just too small and I think it was lost in the detail

i like this logo. it is a cool shape and it conveys real estate. the problem i'm having with it is the design of Triumph. I know I told you earlier I liked it. I did, but I don't think it works in this logo as well. This logo was very hard for me to not like! I really like the monochrome versions, the red, black and white. This logo seems more original to me then the other submissions.

this scream clip art to me. Not trying to be rude. I see these houses used for every logo that has to do with real estate. i'm looking for something unique.
