What I would need if I choose this logo is:
White background version
Black background version
Black and White version

Just the Triumph logo (no inv group) (motto)
Investors Group logo without moto
Investors Group logo with moto

I would like to discuss with you how much it would be to get the Home buyers logo in the above formats as well.
Also, I would like to have just the little house broken out and in several colors to use in branding merchandise.

Looking at this font ,
it is strong and wide
it all depends what message would you like to send to your clientele.
In my opinion, both variation are equally good. and can be used in different situations.
The main idea is a hidden houes/home in "H"

About customization of the typefaces,
both have a lower arch, plus personalized "H"

Dang it man! As of right now this is my favorite by a long ways... I'm gonna sleep on it. The only hold up I have in the back of my mind I worry it might be a bit casual... It's such a departure from everything I see in the Real Estate industry. That's why I love it and also why I worry. You've been really great today at working on this Max. I appreciate it.

What about a simple border around all of it to complete the patch look?

These got away from the feeling of the other logo too much for me. I like the "patch" feel of the other one. I worry that the other might be too casual for business. Does that make sense?

Max, can I see what this one would look like on a black background? Maybe in a grey tone scheme...

Im digging this design. It is very different from everyone else's work. It still doesnt feel perfect to me... I dont really have a direction to take it either. Any thoughts?

Max, I like this design. I'm drawn to it because it is simple. Not sure about the home though. Everyone thinks they look like mountains and then a house. Maybe you have another idea for a house. I like the triumph badge though.
