Color Preferences
I'd like to see something along the lines of a navy or midnight blue, white, dark red and a medium gray. The red and gray should be used as accent colors

Design #3: Very clean looking, though I'm not sure the star in the U does anything . Any chance of getting a touch of gray into logo so I can see what it looks like?

Designs #2 and #1: I think the blue stripes get lost in the dark red. Also the shield, to me, is very old school looking.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

RE #11 - 14. Too much empahsis on THOUGHT. the title of the blog needs to be equally emphasized. #13 doesn't have any red and looks "dull". Thank you.

RE: #7: The red is missing and this rendidtion lacks "pop."

#8: This pops out very nicely. Good use of the colors

#9: For some reason the blue just gets lost in the gray field.

#10: Not sure I like the distorted shield or the split color.

RE: #23 I like the concept. However, the football graphic is much too large. Also, the pacing in the banner for "Train-a Thought" makes it look run on. Can we try a couple of modifications of this concept where 1) the football graphic is smaller and 2) a separate concept where maybe the football graphic is placed between Train-a + Thought?

RE #20 (and related ranked concepts) Can the football be made a little smaller?

RE #27. I like the design of the lettering. The football though just seems so big and out of place. I can't quite put my finger on where the football would look best, but my eye goes immediately to it and not to the name of the blog which is where I'd like one's eye to go.
