I'm looking forward to seeing your bold design ideas. Please don't be led too much by the style inspirations I selected, but rather by the attachments I uploaded from my book.

From the book cover, I value the motion, heat, and energy of the fire-like wave in the design. Would like to see that or something like it in the logo design

Everyone, I appreciate the designs that you've already submitted. A few things to reinforce/make more clear:

- I attached the cover from my book, and the additional attachment so you'd have specific design elements, font, and colors that we used in the book. I would like to carry as much of the colors forward in the overall logo as possible.

- When you are doing your design, remember that energy, heat, and flow are important to convey. This is a consulting company that helps leaders transform their workforce engagement and performance - I'm looking for help in bringing that to life through the logo
