Color Preferences

Want to keep the red for certain, would like to have a one color version of the logo, and a full color version of the logo. Would like to add maybe orange, yellow, pinks, greens and "brighten" up the logo...In the promotional products industry you use a lot of drink ware, apparel, pens, etc. to promote yourself. The current trend is to imprint with full color digital, and my logo is not conducive to showcasing that....

Our Ideas & Additional Information

I want to retain the house/heart icon of my current logo, but update the fonts, colors, etc. I want to be credible...tend to like designs with a whimsical and/or Scandinavian feel to them. Have considered doing a "collage" of promotional products as a "backdrop" to the logo in thinking about imprinting full color images on coffee mugs, apparel, etc. ie. maybe a cap, coffee mug, t-shirt, pen, water bottle, messenger bag etc....
