How to compete for number 1: * Let's remove the tagline, just because I may end up changing that before the final product comes out. lol. * We need to make the "Boss" character slightly less masculine. I commented in a lot of the entries about the tie... I don't want to alienate femail bosses.
If you can develop that Invisible character? This could be solid. It is one creative idea away from being a real contender.
(I wish I had more for you than that... lol. But I'm just not a creative person)

I actually had a solid version of the character. But I didn't think it looked as good. I'm about to work on updating this now, so hopefully have a new version soon. Thanks for your response, will do my best to find what you're looking for.
You create a beautiful font. It reads well vertically... and the "hanging" aspect is neat! The female boss character is pretty cool too... but it may be a little distracting to have both of them. ***However, I LOVE your willingness to be totally original*** You were the first person to create a female Invisible boss.
Where the other guys are beating you is how they are portraying the BENEFIT of being an "Invisible Boss."
* In MikeMX's (#22) and Paull's (#18) logos... you can see the benefit = relaxation. You have an invisible boss that is totally chilled out and relaxed. This boss doesn't have a care in the world.
* In Javier's logos (#23 and #24) you can also see the benefit of being an invisible boss. "AWAY" and "ON VACATION" = not having to work! That's the life for me!
... I can see that you're a bit of a new designer on LOGO TOURNAMENT... which impresses the hell out of me, because you create beautiful work. You are certainly pacing yourself here to finish with a Ribbon and --in time-- I imagine that your ranking will jump up like crazy.
If you go back and really put some creativity into it... you could become a top-contender. Because, like I said, you do solid work. Plus, you gotta love the British. :)
***Don't be afraid to try something incredibly original*** The empty desk and the feet-on-the-desk strategy is awesome... ...but who knows? The best idea could be one that hasn't been thought of yet.
