Hi there, find my designs for your project attached. My concept uses a question mark which has been shaped to the face of a dog - the question mark representing knowledge and the dog representing - well you get the idea. It's a striking and powerful icon that has a lot of uses. It's also unique and will give you the powerful brand presence that you are looking for. It'll also give you the impact you want from your signage. I hope you like it - I've tried to approach it with some real thought behind the design. If you have a look at my profile you'll also see another dog logo that I did recently for a dog rescue charity - again, I applied the same thought process and the client for this project received another brand that was powerful and unique and has already got them the attention they want. If you'd like to see any changes please let me know. Thanks. BMF.
Hi, another concept that summarizes what you do. Again, it's powerful and has strong impact. The text has a clever merging of dog and knowledge to show that there's a link between the two. Please let me know if I can make any changes for you. Thanks
I love the color combinations. They are exactly what I am looking for. However, I think that there could be some confusion about combining the name. Let's keep it The Dog Knowledge. Did you read my suggestion to look at the website www.tyler2construction.com I really do like that look. I think your originality is great and I like the idea of the puzzle piece but I worry that not everyone would get it. Please look at the above mentioned website and keep trying. As I said I love the color. Also look at the simplicity of the line art in the black and white of the other designer. I like that too but would love for you to try something similar with your color combinations. Also, any dog we use should NOT have pointed ears. I look forward to receiving more of your work. Thanks Debbie
Hi Debbie, thanks for the feedback. I've had a look at the logo you mentioned and will create something in this vein also. Did you have a look at my other designs using the question mark dog face - personally I think this is a really strong image and concept for you - it's very powerful and unique - it's a simple icon that could have a lot of uses for you.
I can create another design along the loose scribble design, but I really feel that the question mark concept should be considered as I know it would work incredibly well for you.
Hi, some alternatives on a white background using the style you said you liked. Lime green, brown, black and white colors used in all. Please let me know if you'd like to see any changes.
Really do like #69. You are making this very difficult!!!!!! I am going to have my business associates here tomorrow and want to see what they think. However, your design is now my husband's favorite. Thanks for all your efforts. PS: I have an apartment in Sloane Square, London. Spend quite a bit of time in England. What part of England are you from? Debbie
Sorry, I wrote #69 and I meant to write #64. At the moment it is between the two. As I said, my husband really does like your design #64 but I like both. I'll definitely get back to you tomorrow. Debbie
Hi there, thanks for the great feedback - I'm pleased you like it - and your husband - I really like it too. The colors and style look great. If you have any changes please let me know and I'll get them done for you ASAP.
Sloan Square? Very nice part of London that is. I'm not from England, I'm actually from Scotland - Glasgow to be precise - in the rainy north :-)
Sorry for making things difficult - but unfortunately it's my job to make designs you like - it's what I'm good at, so it's always going to be a tough decision - suppose that's why you said in your first comment you were excited about working on LT- we're all very good designers here :-) (modest, I know :-))
Just one change I would love to see. I like some of the designs that feature the word DOG a little more prominent and all capital letters. I hate to ask you to make too many changes but could you try to make the word DOG a little larger. This might not work in your design but if you have a minute to play around with it, please do. Thanks again, Debbie PS: I have only been to Glasgow a couple of times and it was quite some time ago. I understand that there have been a lot of changes in the past few years, all for the good.
Hi Debbie, no problem asking for changes, it's all part of the job. Amended version uploaded now. I think it sits well being bigger and in caps - what do you think? Glasgow is indeed a very different city now - you should give it another visit - an amazingly vibrant and fub city these days.
Anyway, if you need anything else, just drop me a line. No worries about aking changes. I'll get onto it tomorrow (it's now 140am here, so I think it's time to switch off for the night.)
