What We Do
Our mission is to help our clients build exceptional businesses by improving performance, identifying opportunities, and packaging key resources that provide distinctive, long-term solutions. We deliver value to your Triple Bottom Line -- People, Planet & Profits.
Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - Integrity, Trustworthy, Hardworking
#2 - Receptivity to Diverse Client Needs & Origins
#3 - Relationship Oriented vs. Transaction Oriented
Our Target Audience:
Domestic Business Owners, typically in the Midwest, that have a business strategy related problem could be the need help assessing new markets, developing or pivoting products, engaging in customer or channel discovery work. Or, maybe they need to automate operations, they are looking for joint venture partners, they want help re-branding, or they have IT or technology or digital marketing needs.
International Business Owners, looking to establish a presence in the Midwest but may not know who to call or what resources are available. They may or may not have a go to market strategy and need help with that, perhaps with an initial skeleton staff they send to the U.S.. They may be looking for joint venture partners with some expertise in their industry or markets, and perhaps access to capital.
International Countries where we have resources, business partners, and other connections include Israel, India and China. Our primary focus with international companies would be to help them open markets in the U.S. including east coast, west coast and the Midwest, and if they need a manufacturing, R&D, or sales office, we'd like to help them get set up here in central Iowa. Or, if the International companies are looking for US goods or services, we can help them find what they are looking for.
Finally, we committed to working with our partners to build and grow companies by strengthening their competitive advantages and looking for ways to make these businesses sustainable and successful for the long-run.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The long-term vision for my company is to add on a private equity arm/fund to the consultancy/agency/packaging work that we are using to build the business during this first phase.
So, I'm thinking, take a look at the logos of some of the private equity firms that I admire: These include Blackstone, Pershing Square, Third Point, Value Act Capital, Oaktree Capital, McKinsey & Co.
