I like the composition. Not sure the colors are quite right. A green person? Maybe play with colors for the circle, which could be the earth? People could be colored inside as you've done, try a few other configurations? Red, Purple, Yellow, brown, or maybe we have another symbol inside the earth circle. I'm not good with colors, so I'll defer to you. Goal is showing diversity with simplicity. And our business is fundamentally about creating diverse, high performing teams...
