What We Do

Split Rock is a real estate investment and management firm. Given the nature of the firm, there is no true "target audience" in the traditional sense. However, the audience we care about for this logo includes independent investors, real estate brokers, tenants, and potential future employees.

Color Preferences

We're open to any colors that feel like they work for the logo of a real estate firm, other than blue. Combining some color and some grey/black or other neutral element will likely be the best.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

The company name 'Split Rock' is a reference to the Split Rock Lighthouse in Minnesota... we are potentially open to a logo that uses the lighthouse/mountain/rock/cliff imagery of that real location, but simpler imagery of a rock that is 'split' in some way may be preferred. In the attached images you can see the rough versions that I drew up, and we ended up liking the rock one more than the lighthouse one.
