This one is my favorite of this bunch - thanks again! Two edits:

1. could you please move the REAL ESTATE PARTNERS line down a bit further from the SPLIT ROCK line? I think it might be a bit easier to take in if there is a little more space between the two lines of text.

2. the alignment of the circle/rock and text still feels a bit off... It looks like the circle/rock is horizontally centered with the text, which makes sense, but I think it feels like the rock is a bit too low because the top line of text is so much bigger. Maybe try one where the circle/rock is just a few clicks higher, and one where the circle/rock is the exact same height as the text?

Awesome, thanks! Could you please try shrinking the circle/rock slightly so that the top and bottom are about where I drew those lines? I'd like it to be slightly taller than the height of the text, but the height difference is a little bit too large in this version.

Also could you try to play around with the REAL ESTATE PARTNERS piece a little more please? I don't think having REAL ESTATE under SPLIT was a good idea of mine, but I don't love the way that it looked before either... Maybe try without all caps (i.e. "Real Estate Partners")? Or maybe we go back to the other way where the three words are spread evenly but we have the letters beneath ROCK match the darker color of SPLIT? Open to any other ideas you may have. Thanks!!

and that's exactly the same as #312 but with the original icon replacing the letter O

and that's the one with the updates 123. made the rock bigger, split is same thickness with rock and real estate partners as the tagline.

This one looks great! A few more things to try...

1. remove the bolding from SPLIT but keep the black, so that SPLIT and ROCK are the same thickness but SPLIT will be darker

2. tighten up REAL ESTATE so that it fits the width of SPLIT and then space out PARTNERS so that it fits the width of ROCK. also please make sure that the first and last letters are perfectly left and right aligned. it might not look right but I'm curious to see it because the current set up feels a bit unbalanced.

3. can you please try to shrink the circle around the rock a bit so that the rock covers a larger portion of the circle and the height of the circle is closer to the height of the two lines of text?

4. in a separate submission from the three changes I just listed, could you please give us another version that is exactly the same as this #312 but you remove the "O" in "ROCK" and use the circle/rock icon in its place?

So just to clarify, I'm hoping to see two new submissions - one that has updates 1, 2, and 3 + another one that has update 4.

sure. i just uploaded #313 and #314 (which is the same but with a 'lifted' dark shadow behind the icon to give it a more 3d depth. so it's the same just check both and compare yourself whichever you like,

Can you change the small section on #280 to say Real Estate Partners, LLC?

you can have a look at the new entries #311 and #312 were i increased the tagline size so you can compare them with the original as well.

and this one with slightly bigger than the original design. you can compare this one with #311 and the original version so we can find the right size for the tagline.

Hi! Can you take a look at the spacing for the worlds "Real Estate Partners"? Maybe make the letters a little bit bigger and space them out to its mor even.
