If you have not looked at the logos we uploaded as reference please do. We really don't want to look like every other recruitment company out there - we need something bold, memorable/iconic, and even slightly street/edgy

We are also happy to look at placement of 'SPARK' above 'PLUGS' - also note the 'PPL (people - i.e. the 'P' from spark and the 'PL' from plugs)' - this could be something to play with in design considering we are all about finding great people jobs at vibrant companies

I will re-rank at about 4pm South African time today as I am in a meeting till then. Logos coming in are still too masculine, and tech/IT feeling and we are missing a lighter, fresher angle. I'd also like to see a more quirky use of modern colors...be that lime, neon yellow and grey. I'm worried the black, red, traditional orange is still looking conventional.
