Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
I see you are on a roll - so let me give you some feedback now. Our main concern with many of the designs coming in at this point, is that they are feeling a little flat/serious, and we are loosing a lighter happier feel. This may mean looking at a different, less obvious (quirkier/edgy mix) colour palette to bring it to life as a start.
We are also finding many of the entries very business-to-business feeling, and also edging too much on the side of overly masculine colours - and many are also rather tech/cellular networky (I know that is not a word :). This takes away the human element and also makes them look very cold, serious, and techie. Which is not what we are aiming for.
I think it is worth just running your eye once more over the target market overview in the brief, as well as the brand personality.
We need a young adult, almost sporty feel (but not overly male biased) - Brands like Converse, Nike, Red Bull, Puma, MTV, Levi's, HMV and so on are very much in our target market repertoire of top brands and appeal to both the guys and the gals.
If you have any specific questions for me, feel free to ask.
Can we please see #208 in #108 colour - but can you then look to make just one of the little components say....canary yellow or fuschia - only one of those little blocks
Of course not a problem at all ... Here are a few options; #213, #214, #215 and #216
I suppose you could look at the coloured parts representing different things.
Top right - forward thinking / leading / positive direction Middle - at the core is "sparkplugs" here to help you Bottom left - the start of the journey
Okay I'm going to try and explain something and I hope it makes sense...
#216 - dont change any of the blocks - but...
You have that top left component in the yellow...which reminds us of a sun rising which we like - so....the cube to the right of the yellow...can you take the left hand part of that cube and make it a yellow arch so that when combined with the current yellow cube, it looks like the top of a sun.
Does that make sense?
Then can you take #213 and turn the pink to the yellow.
You know what - we had friends have a look...and everyone totally LOVED your design - it became the easy choice for us. So a massive thank you. We also like that same logo, with a few colour changes - so can we talk this week. Amazeballs
