Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" designers are the first 5 designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st place design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

Thanks Guys,

We would prefer not to incorporate a stylized molar as part of the dental componant.

The offers so far seem to concentrate on mid-blues. Is it possible to mix up some other shades - purple for example?
We had considered the option of trying to make a play on 'space' by splitting up the word with a spa ce in the middle?
thank you for the work so far

It may be helpful to give a little more background to help in development:
The business is located in a building called The Space - hence the name is more to do with where we are than any ideas of Star Trek.
We are also located in a town called Leamington Spa, and the 'CE' could also indicate 'centre of excellence'. Therefore the designs that recognise the possibilities of splitting up SPACE in various ways are attractive.
The comparison web sites for laser eye correction will be a key location for us. Therefore we need a design where the laser part of the business (the major part) can have a memorable logo derived from the overall Space Healthcare theme.
Is is possible to explore designs using lower case - comparing the impact of 'SPACE' to 'space'?
It may also be good to try the effect of putting some text inside the graphic?
