Solution ADRLogo Design Contest

We are an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm that works to resolve conflict in the workplace through many different ways including: mediation, investigation, coaching, and ombudsman services.

Tend to think the following could work well: Blue, Green, Grey, Purple or Black

I was thinking the use of an arrow in between the two words of my company name could work...ie the solution is ADR.
While I am not set on this idea and am open to logos without arrows, it makes sense to me as the arrow helps represent and bring meaning to what my practice aims to do (solve problems / go from conflict to resolution)
