Solution ADRLogo Design Contest

This logo shows a transformation from conflict (head to head arrows) to cooperation (parallel arrows moving in the same direction). I've also used red (stop) and green (go) to enhance to symbolism.

can i also see it with the green being a bit darker for ADR?

Glad you like it! #60 shows the green ADR a little darker. I have some ideas for Career Navigator but I've been holding off until you do some preliminary ranking - it really helps us designers (visual people) see what direction you're looking to take.

what are your thoughts on just a word mark? Is that more current these days?

Oops - I just realized that the arrows in the reflections were reversed. Fixed in #61

I'm a big fan of the pictoral, abstract and emblem styles. I think they make more of a lasting impression and when you pair words with a picture, you're bound to get a wider variety of submissions to pick from here.

Wordmarks are nice ideas but most people who start out saying "wordmark logos ONLY" usually end up picking a pictoral or abstract logo (whether they realize it or not).

how would it look if the green and red were also darker in the graphic over my company name?

#66 shows the logo's colors darker and slightly less transparent.

what about just having the first red arrows and then the last box of the green?

I think it is a powerful logo but have received some feedback that it is a bit confusing.

What about trying it in different colours? While I like the idea of stop and go (red and green) it also has a bit of an X-Mas feel which i am not to keen on....
