Hello all!
I am just beginning to roll out this new adventure teambuilding company. If you want to see what my other teambuilding company does please visit fulcrumadventures.com and look at the galleries page for great images of our work. Also, if possible, check out the fulcrum adventures contest earlier this year because all the top ten designs were great and are a good place to start for ideas (https://logotournament.com/contests/fulcrum_adventures), although I am open to anything!

I would love to get any feedback on my slogan ideas:

Leadership is not a spectator sport
Leadership in action
The Journey starts now

Thank you in advance for your time, talent and hard work. Good luck, Philip

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

#1 is a very good start! It looks a little off balance because the dots are not level? I like the badge idea very well. I think the colors are a little too bright and it makes me think if a scuba logo for some reason. Darker blue and more gold than yellow maybe.
The ST font also feels a little too modern or techno-ish.
The movement in the logo is a bold idea which I don't totally love yet but am intrigued by.
Thank you de.sign for jumping in first. It is a great start.

#2 is a very cool concept. Drop the s and the end of sojourn and find a way to get color scheme blue and yellow. Also the s road looks a little like a fat snake and I think the road could be more roadish without loosing the s.
Cool idea thank you!
Also on any road themes try the slogan: The Journey Begins Now.

#4 #5 #6 are classy and very nice graphics. The flower of hands is a great idea and very classic teambuildish but look too much like the conservation corps or a recycling program. My clientele (private schools and corporations in Los Angeles) need a much hipper exclusive kind of logo.
Also, I suppose anytime you put yellow and blue together they look greenish but I am going for real blue and yellow (maybe like the michigan football helmet colors or something like that)? Again, green is kind of a nature, hippie color and a vibe I am staying away from in this market.
These logos are very pretty, well done and attractive so please keep them and yourself in contest. I really appreciate the entry, talent and hard work.

#7 #8 Ah...these are well crafted logos. Very pretty, but not the thing I'm going for. Of course if I could tell you exactly what I want both of our lives would be easier. These look like super cool badges for a boy's toy. I understand that the concept is similar to the winning fulcrum logo, but that one works primarily because of the amazing graphic at it's center. The ST just doesn't seem strong enough for that (at this point).
The blue also seems too dark as has the yellow which is now orange (the fulcrum colors which I need to differentiate from).
Anyway, nice logos, professionally rendered but not for me. Strangely enough #2 is crude but everyone's favorite so far, so go figure. We are open to anything.
Thank you for staying in the game!

#7 is kinda groovy! I like the T in the S and would like to see more of that worked up. Overall it still feels cold to me. More yellow? Logo a little small perhaps.
Thank you!

To all designers,
Last day and I am quite pleased but not blown away by my logos. I own much of this because I have not been totally clear about what I want. Let me try again:

I want something cool and hip enough to roll out at a university (and would be worn by one of its students on their T-shirt) but classy enough to display in a boardroom of a fortune 500 company.
Something that is a modern take on a classic design (badge, oval, other strong shape...).
Something yellow and blue
I am open to anything at this point
I would love to see what you all would do if I said give me something INTIMIDATING
Thank you all and good luck to us all.

Ok guys, coming down to the wire. Most of the new logos look like cosmetic advertisements. I work out of Los Angeles California, the hipster-tattoo center of the world. I need something COOL ENOUGH TO BE WORN BY A UNIVERSITY STUDENT ON A T-SHIRT. Take a crazy shot at something cool. Please.

What I just told Kooldog, who is hustling his ass off, is that this logo needs to be band logo-tattoo cool while still looking good on a brochure. Many of these logos are classy and corporate and non-descript. There is an aspect of my company's service which is IMAGE BASED and needs to be hip and elite.
Sorry to be crystalizing this so late in the game, I didn't completely have it myself.
Good luck.

Damn! The logos just got HOT! Where you all been? Holding out? A Dragon, are you kidding me? Now that's a bold move...
