Real Estate Brokerage, we are working with buyers and sellers of san diego county. everyone from mobile home buyers to multi million dollar estates on the beach. our target market is upper middle class and higher due to the other side of business in property management of apartment complexes and single family residence. we are dealing with affluent folks who have money and invest in real estate. they need to trust our brand and how we work. we are also a new company and growing company so we need to be able to attract folks to our brand, website, telephone, store front. both owners like the color green and feel its important. open to other ideas. we are professional firm. most of our clients combined house hold income is going to be a $ 150K +, someone who is willing to take on some risk in owning real estate as an investment but also trust us to buy and sell what is perceived as their greatest asset, their personal home
