Our Ideas & Additional Information
here is one I cobbled together, it kind of convey the idea, but is to detailed. I would like some that is more art deco or simple so it can be reproduced on signs, shirts, truck stickers, ect. Simple, elegant, sophisticated, old south.

I am looking for something that will be more geared towards the image, and not the name. The two can be combine together for certain things, but I would like the logo alone to convey that this is "republic landscapes" more than some one having to read it.

Discussion

couple of quick guide lines: the logo should be some sort of icon with the name tacked on if needed, I am a fan of simple images a la art deco; use lower case for text; no shading or blending, all solid colors, predominant color should be something like maroon, blue, or dark green. Post any questions, I'll try and hash out the idea better at people submit different things.

here are some images to use as guide posts. I also like Banksy and Aidan "Brute!" Hughes art, if that give you an idea.

local development in Texas, I think it is a pine cone. I like that it conveys the idea with just lines.

another good example of a nice simple log from a landscape company in California. Hope this help to flesh out I am trying to describe.
