What We Do
We make it easy for companies to use recruiter services without the overly inflated prices that staffing companies charge while also giving recruiters an opportunity to make more money working for themselves. We would like to play off the "buddy" idea in our name.

Color Preferences
We are open to a variety of colors as long as they meet our overall goals already stated. That said, we prefer bolder, stronger colors that really pop. Pastel is not something we are looking for.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We would like something upbeat and/or energetic. We want something that projects a lively atmosphere, busy, energetic, lots of activity. But still needs to be easy/simple to understand and use.

#1 - thanks so much for your/our first submission! Our first reaction was that it looked like an ice cream cone. I understood the concept, but didn't think the "buddy" aspect came out so much, except in use of color. My other concern is that we are limited to a white background only and color format only. I don't know how a black & white version would work if we had to do that. I guess the whole thing could maybe be black or grayscale then.

#2 & #3 - We like what you did with the "i" in Recruit but not what you did with the "y" in Buddy. Can you submit one with a regular "y" and maybe another variation for us to look at? Thanks!

#4 - Not our favorite at the moment. The opposing faces looks a bit "theatrical". Thanks though!

#5 & #6 - I actually like the little guy in this, but I almost think he's waving down help. I realize those are signal flags, but I'm not sure how many others will understand the reference. What do you think?

We are really interested in seeing more of a character reference with the logo (such as an animal) or something like that. Thanks!

#13 & #15 - it looks like someone rolling dice which would imply a game of chance and that isn't something we want to portray. Thanks!

#9 - We like the changes. Can you fix the "e" to be a proper letter? Thanks!

#9 - we like the man for the "i" but he looks stiff. can you relax him a bit? What do you think?

#18 - we like your logo and would like to see if you can incorporate three people instead of just two (company, recruiter, candidate)? Thanks!

Everyone - even though there are only two specific customers for our business - companies & recruiters - there is also a third very important end customer and that is the candidate who is getting the job. We don't want to forget this third element. It's not a requirement, but we would like to see if we can get the 3 points incorporated. Thanks!

#14 - can we get a version that has brighter or bolder colors? We are not a fan of the lighter and pastel colors. Thanks!

everyone, I updated the creative brief. Please review to see the changes, but basically we are still looking for strong logos that really pop out for us. We have some strong candidates, but I'm sure you guys can do even better. Thanks for all the entries so far. Please let me know if I can help in any way!

Everyone, we needed more time to get submissions that we know we'll love. You guys are definitely getting closer and we are excited to see what comes next. We've extended the contest a few more days. Let me know if you have any questions!

#27 & #28 - We like the colors in #27 most. We'd like to see it a little smaller to see what it would look like if it were on the same line with the name. thanks!

#27 - we like the bolder font from #28 too. Thanks!

Everyone, we are getting some great logos. However, I'd be really interested in seeing something different than what we already have. I think we have a lot with red, blue and green guys in a circle. Can anyone provide anything unique beyond that? Thanks!

#20, #21, #22, #23 - these do not fit what we are looking for. Thanks!

#26, #31, #32, #38, #44 - These were all good, but we would prefer to have something that is more abstract or with 1, 2 or 3 points (not 4 as you have in these). I realize it's a bit more symmetric, but we would lean to one of the others first. Also be careful on the colors, we do not like the lighter, paler, more pastel colors. Feel free to resubmit with these changes taken in to account. Thanks!

#26 - I liked the stacked name with the mark to the side. I had to move this off because of the 4 points of reference and we are more interested in something more abstract, a character or three points. Can you resubmit with a similar treatment on the name but taking these suggestions in to account? Thanks!

Client
#25 - Can you rotate your triangle mark so the point is on top? I've come to think of the bottom two points in the triangle as the recruiter and the employer with the candidate on top. This implies a supporting role of the employer and recruiter both working for what is best for the candidates. Makes a better story :-) Thanks!

#69 - We are not interested in the logos with 4 different points. Thanks!

#30 - this too closely resembles the exact requirements for a previous contest.

#42 - we like this logo a lot, but would like to see some color variations. Can you make the letters bigger in relationship to the logo. Change "Recruit" to the blue color instead of black. Change "Buddy" to orange. Change the color of the ring around the people to orange. We like a more burnt orange versus bright orange. Thanks!
