Great start! One thing to consider with the logo is the ability to translate the logo to a "For Sale" sign. Just some additional input.

I'm planning on being very active with this contest and provide as much feedback as possible to help you create your best work. Please let me know if you have questions or need clarification. I'm going to wait until I have a few entries to make relative comments.

An overall comment is that I would like to have the tree be a key part of the logo and I would like for it to be a mature tree such as an oak. I do need it to tie to real estate such as a house or a window. I don't want to be too specific though, because I don't want to inhibit your creativity. I'm very excited about this contest and I can't wait to see what your creative minds dream up for PERFECT TREE REALTY.

Thank you so much for all of your work so far. I'm really impressed! The initial rankings as of last night are preliminary to give you an idea of what I think. I'm looking forward to some additional creative ideas and revisions to the current submissions based on comments that I've given.

Here's a little background on our family business...

Perfect Tree Realty…It’s all about the story!
It all started when we were little kids…every December our family looked forward to the challenge of finding “the perfect tree”. Our dad gave us very distinct parameters to work around, which made it a virtual treasure hunt to find “our perfect” tree! We would go to lot after lot, searching for one we could afford-(price range), with no holes-(defects), the correct size (square-footage), with a nice shape (curb appeal), and everyone had to agree that it was “the one” (Let’s make an offer!) We realized later that this “training” from our childhood actually helped prepared us for entering into the world of real estate! We were drawn to help others in their search for the “PERFECT HOUSE”!

I'm interested in getting a little more creative with color choices...maybe a little more unexpected...you guys know color a lot better and are a lot more creative than me. Something that could be used on "For Sale" signs that would stand out from others.
