Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - This place is fun!
#2 - Your child will recieve excellent healthcare here.
#3 - This is a well established practice with a long history.

Our Target Audience:

Parents of young children. This office draws patients with very diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are located just outside of Atlanta and attract many young professional families living in the suburbs, but also many families from the city as well.

Color Preferences

The colors should be bright and vibrant, but look very professional. It needs to appeal to parents and preschoolers alike. I am open to different color combinations.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

I own another office as well. You can see my current logo on my website:
www.rossitchpediatricdentistry.com
This logo does not have to look anything like that one as the practices will be completely separate. This office does not have a theme like the one on the website. It is a possibility that I will do some advertising on a larger scale in the future where to logos will be used side-by-side, but I do not want to limit the creativity of this logo on that small possibility. I recently took over ownership from a retiring dentist who was very beloved by all of his patients. He was known for making marble games. You can see examples on his website at: www.tedaspes.com
I think it could possibly be interesting to incorporate the marble games into the logo, but I am not sure if this will give the best result. While the decor of the office will likely be renovated over the next few years, the marbles are a staple that are loved by all the kids and will stay.

#1-I really like the look. Maybe it would be better if the colors were a bit more masculine (there are 2 male dentists who will be using this logo on business cards, etc.). Maybe the bar that is now pink could be a giant toothbrush? Can we make the tooth stand out a little more?

#4-I really like how the marbles have been incorporated, but they look a little too modern and the overall logo is not quite bright and cheery enough. I am not crazy about the font either.

#5 and #7 are nice, but a bit too simplistic.

#8-I prefer it without the child. It gets too busy. I like the style of the first one better, maybe with some more subtle changes. Smyrna is the town where the office is located.

#18-Really like this one. Can we try a different color on the sign that says "of Smyrna"? Maybe green? Can we have the tooth hanging off of the sign that says dentistry?

I like a lot of the designs. Would rather not have children's faces. There are a lot of practices in my area utilizing similar logos and I don't want to look too similar to these. I would be ok with an animal.

#29- I like the concept and the way you incorporated the marble game in the logo, but I think it is a bit dated looking. I would like to see it with a bit of a more modern edge.

#41 Really like the way you incorporated the marble with the tooth in it. I would love to see it a bit more colorful with a more playful font. Can you maybeadd some motion to the marble and make it look like it is coming down a track or something?

Hello, would you say marbles are a more important visual to incorporate vs. animals? Just want to make sure, as I finalize my entries...

Thank you!

I would say that an overall creative and visually appealing design would be the primary goal. The marbles were just an idea for inspiration. I like the idea of a character too.
