Here are the logos that I was able to come with. I have the same font as the first link you provided, so although not necessary, they will look great together and match if ever they are placed side by side.
I have also incorporated the marbles you requested as well. #90, #91, #93, & #94 are probably my favorites, as they give the feeling of a ground—making the marbles more stable and gives the visual effect that they rolled up against the sides of the words.
Also, if you ever opened up other locations, this would be a very simple text change on the bottom of the logo, while still keeping the same unified branding for each location.

(If you would like to have me submit more variations, feel free to let me know! Also, whoever is your top-ranked designer at your deadline can still submit logos during the judging mode of the contest. So, tweaking and adjusting could still be made.)
