What We Do
We generate intelligent and edgy feature-length drama film scripts for production and co-production projects

Color Preferences
We would like strong, bold colours (no pastel, neon, beige and browns, etc). Immediate thoughts have been for black with a golden yellow (perhaps a golden orange?). We’re thinking 2-colours at the moment (black and one other) but are open to suggestions that designers feel represent what we’re looking for
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We are an international company.
The name is one word: PanPipe, not Pan Pipe.
The logo will be animated at a later stage, so we are interested in designers who have this skill so we can perhaps work with them later on animating the logo. We see the creation of a character (mascot?) with the logo, which would be what is animated later. One idea is that the logo animation would vary with the film it is used with.
Mascot should be in silhouette only (however if you feel strongly about it being different, please show us!).
We chose the name PanPipe to mean each of the six people in the company representing a single pipe (through which creativity etc flows) coming together to form the PanPipe, becoming an instrument to create with (very much taken from the birth of the instrument by the Greek God Pan rather than the much later South American angle).
We also like the inference of the ‘Pied Piper’, which could be an idea for the mascot/ animation. We do not feel the addition of the actual PanPipe as a symbol/design element would add anything, it would rather skew the issue with the idea of a music venture / south American culture / etc. So no actual panpipes, please.
Perhaps: if the mascot would be someone based upon the Pied Piper, what he could be leaving behind could be a film reel instead of musical notes (also turning the Pied Piper idea on its head, instead of ‘gathering children’ he is ‘leaving film’ behind him)?
We are happy to receive ‘mascot’ ideas outside of the Pied Piper idea, as long as they are nothing cutesy / cartoonish, but reflect the professionalism, intelligence, and fun of the venture.
We have offered ideas for mascots, but are open to anything and everything. Please be creative!
Where possible we would like to receive suggestions along with the logo as to what the designer sees as the animation point (e.g. mascot, colour of the logo (a ‘sparkling’, ‘colour wave effect’), film reel (or similar), etc...
