I am not sure I will know unless I print and place on my container to see. I love the depth you gave on your logo—you just didn’t stick everything on it—giving it a light impression is really nice. If I got a revision from you I would want to see the pin up girl without the trim around her, a different color pink used (not such a dusty rose color) and a different font as I have decided that a simple cleaner font appeals to me more than a cursive, slanted, handwriting style font. 15 years ago tania Client #50 I like the black-white and pink thing going on—but I do prefer your non-gray pin up girl to this one—and I am not interested in the pink wrap around part. We are going to have a plastic protective seal on our product, so there isn’t a need to a sticker seal—but good idea to present to me! 15 years ago tania Client #51 #52 #53I like #52 best out of these 3. After seeing your revision I can’t decide if I like the stars from your previous work or not. I am not a big fan of those stars, but the do add a little something to this logo. I will have to think about it for a while. 15 years ago tania Client TO ALL THE DESIGNERS: So does this mean the girl with the leg up is much preferred to the girl bending over? I find it interesting that all but one designer chose that pin up girl over the other. You are all professionals I think it says something about which pin up girl is more pleasing to the trained eye. 15 years ago tyro Logo Designer PS Tania-I suspect the bigger look to the pin-up's leg and hiney may be an optical illusion because my gal is larger than most of the ones in other's logos, but I did a bit of 'tweaking' just the same ;) 15 years ago tania Client MY TOP THREE #41 I ranked you at 1st because your logo works really well on the container my product is being used on. The simplicity of it makes it stand out. The deciding factor between the top three will really come down to what looks best on my container because I like #57 and #46 so much. #57 I love this logo. It’s very nice. Thanks for this revision. #46 the switching purple to pink vice versa as we discussed didn’t really help the colors pop out—so it turns out I like the purple background to the pink but that doesn’t mean I am crazy about the purple as I worry it will blend in with the silver tin too much and then my product wont be eye catching on a store shelf—BUT I love your design. I wonder how a black background will work in place of the purple. I think it will make your white font also stand out. I read your response to the “plumpness” of the girl and see still looks a little too plump in the rump—and maybe that is because of the background color??? 15 years ago tania Client #58 Thanks for your font revisions. I do like your creativity with the plane and all—but again I think the silver color will blend in too much for my container to rank you in my top three—but I like this so I want to rank you high. 15 years ago tania Client #31 I never got a font from you that worked so you have been moved to 8th for that reason as that is all it lacked for me. Maybe you are still going to post?? 15 years ago tania Client #67 Thanks for posting. I like this, but the girl needs to fit into the circle in order to work for my container. Also, the font emphasizes “My” too much where I would rather it emphasize Pink Button. 15 years ago tania Client #60 Love Love your logos, but I don’t think the cartoonist pin up girl is right for my product. I love your work though, and think it would be great for something else. If she was realistic looking I would like this logo for my product. I like your color choices esp. love the blue and white polka dots 15 years ago tania Client Hello Designers. I extended my contest by two days so that I can go over the top ranked designs with my business partner. Thanks for your understanding. 15 years ago 8055 Logo Designer Glad you love the logo and colors #60, my logo. It is a vector version of your pin-up girl, and who ever wins will have to vectorize the pin up girl (according to the rules here). When vectorizing any painting or photo there will be varying degrees of realism depending on the skill of the designer and how much time they will be willing to dedicate. Of course anyone can use the trace tool in Illustrator which usually ends up with poopy results. Anyway I have fun doing these more art like logo's as they keep my skills sharp, good luck with your contest:) 15 years ago TahiaDesign Logo Designer Snerp, although vectors are always best, as you read Tyler is making an exception for this contest so CH can keep all the details in the original image. In this case, I´d keep the raster file for the girl in the biggest possible size for final file since it looks like CH wants to keep all details. 15 years ago 8055 Logo Designer Thanks Tahia, I didn't see that comment...cool that makes it easier. 15 years ago tania Client hi guys. I have my top 4 in mind (need to rerank) but i was wondering how does it normally work--should I put the logos that aren't right for my product in the non interesting pile?? I wanted to rank all of them so that you can get points--but not sure if I should stop after number 15 or something like that and I was just wondering what you designers prefer. I have been trying very hard to comment on each of these and rank as soon as I get them--but the last couple of days they have been coming so fast that it's been hard. I apologize for only commenting on the ones I feel would be a right fit for my product. But I do want to thank all of you for your submissions!I am so impressed with most of these! THanks for all the work and revisions. I really appreciate it. I will be in touch tomorrow to rerank. I need to sleep on it for tonight and discuss with my business partner tomorrow. Good night! -tania 15 years ago PrintMarketDirect Logo Designer Tania, It's entirely up to you how far you want to rank. I think a fair and average number is usually about 20-25% of the total entries.Jason 15 years ago webduty Logo Designer You all bite each other - 8 hours to go? We'll see. $250 is a bit low - but I'll throw some new styles into this beta up comp. I was the guy who introduced this site to the owner. He missed my point when I told him I'm much more than a logo developer. respect. Che Perez of webduty. 15 years ago tania Client Thanks to all the designers for these logos. I loved so many of them, but there can only be one winner. I tried to pick my favorite logo from each designer in my ranking--and that is the reason why I moved everything else into the not interested pile. Thanks to everyone for participating!
