The Mountain Housing Assistance Trust (MHAT) is responsible for the development of Housing Assistance Programs across the Rocky Mountain region. MHAT provides assistance to property owners, government entities, financial institutions, renters and Clients. MHAT staff seeks out sources of capital and financial assistance, represents project sponsors and beneficiaries, and administers financial assistance programs designed to increase the quality and stock of existing housing in our gateway mountain towns.
