Metropolitan Overlook is a new condominium development in the Eckington neighborhood of Washington, DC - it is a transformation of an existing vacant 37 unit building into a hip, modern residential community.

The name is inspired by the nearby Metropolitan Branch railroad which terminates at nearby Union Station which will be visible from the roof deck.
