The building will have nice views of the U.S. Capitol, so perhaps a more literal abstraction of the U.S. Capitol dome would be interesting to explore. Not crazy about the font. 12 years ago menkiti Client We like the all caps and the new logos incorporating the Capitol dome, but miss some of the simplicity of the first design. Is there a way to meet in the middle? I would also be curious to see some other color options. 12 years ago menkiti Client We prefer a sans serif all caps font and would like METROPOLITAN to be more prominent than OVERLOOK. We like the underlying concept in #1 where the railroad tracks are abstracted and also form the base of an architectural dome. We prefer this over a dome illustration applied on top of the tracks as in #17.
