#3: This looks pretty good. It certainly satisfies the professional side of what I do, and I like the choice of typeface. But I'm looking for something a bit softer so people understand that 1. I'm approachable, and 2. I'm able to help them simplify their presentations (i.e. I'll teach you how to talk like a regular person). This has a stiff feel to it, especially the letterform. But a good start overall!

#4: Good start! I like the blue color, and the call-out box effect is creative. What I would like to see is a tightening together of the three elements. As it is, the letterform, the "Matt Gambino," and the "Speaking & Training" all appear (to a point) as if they were designed independently of one another. Maybe it's just getting late for me (morning person!). Also, my eye keeps focusing on the ampersand for some reason.

#5: This is paradoxical in a way. I love the design because of its simplicity, but that's also exactly why I'm struggling with it. I'm all about the "less is more" approach, so I understand why you didn't include "speaking & training." The design is much cleaner without it. However, I'm afraid my brand is nowhere near strong enough to survive without an explanation of what I do. Any ideas? By the way, the "mg" letterform treatment is fantastic!

#6: This has a professional look overall, but it feels a little cold. Also, I'm not sure about the letterform treatment, as it reminds me of Monster Energy Drink (monsterenergy.com).
