Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

beloempoenjanama, I appreciate you being the first designer to take a shot (#1)! It makes it easier for those who follow since it gives me feedback on our own brief. Basically the logo isn't bad. The image of the eagle I shared doesn't need to be taken literally - for us it conveyed a sense of expansiveness which is why we shared it. And it could still be incorporated but don't feel constricted by it. The color in the word coaches could be more blue than green. And we're also OK with more color or boldness now that we see it. The tagline is too faint to read easily, so our suggestion of more muted colors might be better expressed as just not too intense and in your face. But we would like any verbiage to be readable. Thanks!

Thank you for the influx of new entries. My partner & I will leave more specific comments and ranking as soon as we can discuss (a consequence of the late influx is our ability to get back to you all swiftly and thoughtfully). Generally we see themes emerging that could be interpreted as partnership, breakthroughs, new perspectives or ideas, which is all good. Some of the "partnership" or figures seem a little too "flighty" or light, even though they evoke the expansiveness we like. Play-offs on the letters are fine if they also evoke the mood or tone or themes. And the tagline should be readable, not too light or small.
We are encouraged by the increase in design ideas. Thanks!

some general comments: we like where MasterCoaches is underlined. The green colors so far have not been in a shade we like, as an fyi. maybe 2 different shades of blue would be better, or some different tones of green.

Regarding the tag line: usually it is very faint or small. Feel free to experiment with color, as we indicated in our brief.
Also, lots of people seem to like the abstract figure in an expansive pose. Many times that ends up looking either too generic or "airy-fairy". The simple abstract lines are fine - we like simple. Just not too cheesy. Maybe reflecting partnership, new perspectives, breakthroughs? Just not tip-toeing through the tulips.
Ideally we'd like the logo itself to in some way reflect our themes and what we do and not just have images that are abstract logo-candy. Feel free to dialogue with us if desired to fine tune your entry. Thanks!

We noticed no one tried any wordmarks. We would also look at those done creatively.
